Hi Fuzza,Thank you for contacting us. According to your description, you can receive emails but the sent emails are stuck inOutbox folder. There're several possible causes for this issue.1.
The SMTP outgoing address is configured incorrectly. Please navigate toTools Accounts to make sure the SMTP address and port are put in correctly. Also, if there's yellow dot beside your account, it indicates the configuration of your account is incorrect or incomplete. If you use IMAP or POP account, you can refer to this to check your settings.2. The emails you sent including large attachments.
You can try to remove the attachments and resend the email to check if it helps.3. You can also click Organize Sync Folder to verify if it works. And if the issue still exists, it would be better for you to contact Outlook for Mac in-app support team via Help Contact Support. All I've come across so far is how to change the default reminder time in Outlook for Mac, but I've no way of telling if that is the same to change. Jul 05, 2017 How to convert your inbox into a to-do list by snoozing the emails in Microsoft Outlook? Published on July 5, 2017 July 5. Can I snooze an email in.
It's working! I ran the SaRA and it listed no issues. I just reopened Outlook and it had a bunch of windows saying the certificate isn't valid.
I clicked them all yes to go ahead. But click that every time I open Outlook, so unclear how that solvedit. My Android and Mac both have same Outlook 365 package and I used same info to load up my emails and neither gives me this certification error. It's not working again. Went to close down Outlook for the night and it showed me 8 more certificate verification errors. Opened Outlook again and got 8 more certificate verification errors (1 for each email account, I assume, and that normally happens whenI open Outlook just on my laptop), and now the one email (the main one) is not retrieving mail again.
Tested twice.
